STEP ONE: Create Your Own Adventure
Reach out to our Founder and Chief Experience Officer, Leilani, at [email protected] to share your hopes, goals, and inspiration for your custom tour.
STEP TWO: Agreements and Deposit
If welcoming guests, we’ll create your custom trip page and unique link to share with guests. Your trip page shares all the pertinent details, day-by-itinerary, expectations, and more; all leading guest to registration, a secure deposit payment, and contract agreement.
For group coordination with a lead point of contact, we collaborate to confirm all travel and guests details, as well as establish a payment structure suitable for the groups needs.
STEP THREE: Check-Ins and Welcome Sequence
Your comfort is our absolute priority, so two months in advance of your travels, we share an email welcome series that will set expectations and help guests prepare. We also host a webinar prior to the trip so guests can ask questions and gain further insight to the experience.
At any point throughout the process, you are welcome to set up a call or send an email to [email protected] to ask questions or gain clarity.
STEP FOUR: Arrive to Your Adventure!
Rest easy, as we know life happens and circumstances change, which is why guests are given one opportunity to reschedule their trip. Rescheduled dates must fall within one year of the start of their originally booked itinerary.
